Keep Frozen, Do Not Thaw!

The following cooking methods can be used for any of the lumpia.

  • Deep Fryer or Pan Fry (best method):  Heat cooking oil to high or approximately 350F/177C (always observe safety precautions whenever working with hot cooking oil). Fry frozen lumpia for approximately 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.  

  • Toaster or Convection Oven:  Brush on olive oil (or other cooking oil), coating the frozen lumpia. Place lumpia on a baking pan or cookie sheet. Heat the toaster/oven to 400F/204C, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until wrapper is crispy. 

  • Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 415F/213C.  Brush on olive oil (or other cooking oil), coating the frozen lumpia. Place lumpia on a baking pan or cookie sheet.  Bake for 13-15 minutes or until wrapper is crispy. Temperatures may vary, depending on cooking appliance.
